The clearest clue behind the $400 positioning is the pair of GTAVI Oakley Frogskins sunglasses with Prizm Sapphire lenses.
Rockstar specifically describes its version as matte black Frogskins with Prizm Sapphire lenses.

That does not mean the exclusive GTA 6 pair has an official standalone value of exactly $160. Rockstar has not priced it separately.
